Shipbuilding

Treo has many years of experience as a service provider in the areas of shipbuilding and maritime facilities. We work closely together with the classification societies in order to guarantee our customers the maximum degree of service and safety. Among our customers are shipyards as well as component and system suppliers.

The services by Treo are internationally accepted. For example, the company is approved by the U.S. Coast Guard for environmental simulation tests of equipment for the prevention of oil pollution in the bilge water. This includes for example 15 ppm bilge separators and bilge alarm systems as well as oil concentration measuring systems in the bilge water area.

In addition, both laboratories are DNV GL "Approved Testing Laboratories". Treo received the certificate for testing according to "Class Guidelines, CG-0339" as well as for IP protection class testing. The scope of the certification thus includes all tests required for the type approval of electrical equipment.
