Our demanding climatic tests now also in XL-format
With our new high performance test chamber we are now able to offer our clients a broad range of demanding climatic tests. Our new Vötsch Klima Stress Screening System VCS³ 7130-10 features a test room with a volume of approximately 1,300 litres and covers a temperature range from -75 °C to 180 °C at a temperature changing rate of 10K/min.
While setting relative humidity at a specified value between 10 and 98%, we are also capable of carrying out challenging standard tests for large components or larger batches of smaller test objects.
In order to be able to provide flexible solutions to our clients the system also includes a variety of supplementary equipment like a compressed air dryer, digital in and out connections for controlling the test object as well as various ducts for cables and media lines. Complex test setups in the climatic chamber can be operated and controlled electrically, hydraulically or pneumatically.
New test facilities for hydraulic pressure tests
Our laboratory has just installed a brand-new test chamber for hydraulic pressure tests, where it will, for example, be possible to carry out overpressure tests for hose and pipe systems and their respective components.
Our hydraulic aggregate enables us to conduct static as well as dynamic pressure tests with freely programmable pressure curves. In the shipbuilding sector we test according to the specifications issued, for example, by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), the Germanische Lloyd or the Bureau Veritas.
In the field of aviation the new chamber also opens up a broad range of additional testing possibilities such as burst pressure tests or cyclic pressure tests (endurance) for hydraulic and water pipe systems.
Treo – flexible accreditation granted by DAkkS
The German Accreditation Body certifies that our test procedures comply with the highest demands on quality. We have been working hard towards this goal, now it has been achieved. Treo – Labor für Umweltsimulation GmbH is now a flexibly accredited test laboratory according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005.
This is acknowledged by the accreditation certificate granted by the highest German accreditation authority, the German Accreditation Body (DAkkS). For us, this is a great source of joy and a confirmation of our good work. For you, it is official proof that you can always rely on our work, giving you that extra bit of security.
